Dan Heinrich Manuyag is a Masters student in the Education Policy and Management program at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Prior to HGSE, Dan served as an Associate Director of College Counseling in Honolulu, HI and before that, as a Senior Assistant Dean of Admission at Wesleyan University. His interest and commitment to social justice was cultivated during his undergraduate years at Wesleyan, where he majored in Gender Studies with a concentration in Labor and Economics. Dan recognizes the education sector as the area in which he can best fully exercise his idealisms with praxis. When he’s not engaging in educational access work and thinking, he enjoys re-energizing through the natural environment via outdoor activities, gastronomical adventuring, and participating in artistic and cultural community building.
